Donna Steele

FNP
Donna graduated with her undergrad and MSN through Southeastern Louisiana University and worked in kidney care and in the NICU for 20 years before coming to Magnolia Health in 2024. She enjoys caring for patients of all ages in primary, acute and wellness care and is passionate about helping others and improving their quality of life through medicine and aesthetics.
Rudy Brignac

FNP
Rudy graduated with his ADN in 1996 and worked in various departments at a local hospital for 24 years. He graduated from University of Louisiana Lafayette with his MSN before coming to Magnolia Health in 2024. He enjoys primary care and wellness for all ages and is passionate about getting to the root of problems to ensure the best care for our patients.
Richard Kuylen

FNP
Richard graduated with his undergrad and MSN through Southeastern Louisiana University and worked in various hospital settings until he came to Magnolia Health in 2014. He specializes in adult acute and primary care and provides occupational services through our sister company Kwik Clinic. He is exceptionally thorough and enjoys educating patients on their healthcare.
